Last Monday we did our first checkout dive in a quarry. Got to do our skills around an airplane wing, then went down to a glass bottom boat, and then off a cliff and went down to 55ft. Saw a few small fish nothin much other than doing our skills
So this Sunday was our second open water day, we went to Morehead City in NC and boated out for about half an hour to the artificial reef(sunk boat). Only one girl got seasick twice on the way out. The first dive we just followed the instructor in out buddy pairs down the starboard(right) side, back to the bow, and then to the surface. Which took about 20 minutes. Also during this dive saw a bunch of little silver fish and a big, what I think was a type of bass, that would follow the instructor for a little bit. My buddy was about an inch from kneeing an urchin, which would have sucked. During the 30 minute wait before the next dive about 5 people puked cause of the difference between the still water, and then getting back onto a rocking boat, I felt like I was getting close but they had ginger snaps and ginger helps calm your stomach. So the second dive we were allowed to go anywhere we wanted as long as it was within our dive time remaining. My buddy and I decided we were going to do what we had done before so we wouldn't get lost. So we get to the deck of the ship, I made sure to stop him and point out the urchins this time, went down and back in under 5 minutes so we decided to go down the port(left) side for a little, about 4 feet down it was way too murky, and we were running low on time, so we turned around to go back. At this time I decided to look up and behind me there was this HUGE school of the silver fish. After we were all out and on the way back I had changed back into my regular cloths and decided to see what everyone was doing on the sun deck, get up there and there is just a pile of college kids sound asleep. Went back down the the back of the boat to get my sandwich, sat 1/2 in the sun to warm up, and by the time we got back I had one bright red right arm, and one slightly red left.

Im on vodafone and isnt to bad actually, best recption bar o2 ad say. T-mobile, 3, virgin ect ad rather not be on cos wey i dislike them, o2 is best for payg and orange is the cheapest but after a year and a half on them the recpetion issues took their toll. horrible reception in my whole area for orange and most places i went.. were as vodafone hasnt ran out of recpetion on me yet. n good plan to, 900 mins unlimited txts and internet and got 90 in my hand for going on that contract. Didnt get the greatest phone ( pretty old w595 ) but im not fussed bout that was the reception and cash in hand which is what i wanted. And then after my contract is up i do as cren sed and say you gonna leave your service provider and voila all of a sudden you get a hell of a better offer lol
